I received my information from Ashley, I'm pretty sure I didn't missconstrue it. I was told that once a company has been notified of their success negotiations can begin, once these are concluded they can be announced to the market, even if it is before September. I won't be able to ring esi in the next couple of days but maybe someone else can get clarification.
