Menaced ;(. I would suggest that the management is not fowl but sub- optimal in that the performance to date has not met the expectations of the stake holders as a group. Some might suggest that the board demonstrates an understanding of this sub- optimal outcome and volunteer to reduce their paltry salaries until oil or gas is actually found at the bottom of well. In this respect it could be suggested potentially that they have an optimal outcome compared to other stakeholders but that may be conjecture only. They must be trying their hearts out ......optimal word TRYING. sarcasm.
