Well you not right.
As I said in my earlier post, 'it would happen when a patient had been successfully screened'.
To quote from the announcement 13Mar "Dosing to occur as soon as the first patient satisfactorily completes screening".

Note "as soon as". Yes they said it will occur within weeks, but that does not mean it will take weeks....it may only take days...
