I agree with you. For Exxon to jv with DLS means Exxon has done due diligence on Marina and expect good chance of sucess. Note it is not easy to jv with large oil companies and i think Exxon has taken a long time in order to allow their staff to examine the data.
I think Exxon may also farm into Turtle/Barnett which are appraisal wells near Marina. I will wait until the drilling. Rememebr HDR , once it hit oil the sp will be sky high.
