The offer has been extended to 29th May 2020 so it just has to be allowed to run its course.
The stragglers will be told on 22nd May if not before that the offer will lapse on the 29/5/2020 and will not be extended and RMS will proceed to compulsory acquisition of remaining shares IMO.
89.42% of 1,440,515,165 SPX SOI. = 1,288,108,656 approx. shares now held.
If RMS bothered to exercise the 101M options, which I don't think they will you can add 101M shares to SOI and acceptance shares held and end up with
1,541,515,165/ 1,389,108,656 = 90.11%
So I guess that means we are already there.
