The Quarterly came out 1 day after the last holding notice and stated that at that time they held 89.42%, so I converted that % to shares to arrive at my starting figure.
The difference between 89.42% and 88.90% is .52% whilst I calculated the conversion of options on top of the 89.42% holding would take it just over 90% which is a difference of .58% so they could not have included the unconverted options in the Quarterly % announcement IMO.
The next minimum 1% change in holding announcement must be very near now.
