It is certainly a case at the moment of the uncertain market dictating sp rather than BPT' actions or inactions. A jittery market will always compromise sp but makes for value buying for the experienced and game.

BOLLINGER BANDS - Mid Fairway suggesting fair price in current market - HOLD
RSI- 40 - HOLD
PSAR 70 Buy signals : 11 Sells STRONG BUY
BUT... world markets seem like they are slipping more.
You might be right Hellyeah but I reckon trading range $1.27 - $1.35 in the next few days - unless more smart people wake up. I still maintain sp snowball soon.
