    Possible sustained rally coming.Reports in U.S. that deleveraging almost complete from equity funds, consistant plan for financials in trouble of injecting capital for equity and firewalling toxic assets.
    Arrow looks to be in one of its good news clusters, I would say all systems go we have the green signal, of course there is always the 'Rumsfeld' factor (don't know what we don't know) and I tend to live in hope..
