Thanks Mate, got mine too filled surprisingly. Today seems a bit more like the last bits may continue for this week.

I doubt EOFY sale will be Tuesday, as I came across Australia has a funny rule that the day you are on the contract is the cut off date. I know for sure they look at the date of contract signed for real estate for land tax as the relevant date rather than the settlement date no matter even if it is like 6months or 1 year away, I don't know the logic behind it but was always frustrated about it.

I am still feeling anything picked up at 1.7 or 1.8c seems like a straight forward big bargain, as there is logical steady sustainable growth path in front of ECS. I am tempted to pick up even more as a matter of fact, just to avoid regretting at say 2.5c. In saying that, I too feel one should be cautious as the seller could be wiser equally. Anyways, it is not a long wait for sure as we all feel. Have a good week everyone.
