    Stocks must be lent to GEM for selling, 10 days in advance before drawing down the facility. Read the fine print in the announcement on this financing deal...

    Beside EEQ is already owned 44M shares as commission on this deal.

    The good sign for comfort is.. reporting evidences suggested that both MD & GEM are not selling below 2c.. This bloody sun of the gun alright :)....
