are weg pulling their weight?

We all know how hard Tony and his team have worked to make the acquisition of Cockatoo happen. They saved PLV from sinking into the abyss. However, it isn't terribly clear to me what WEG are bringing to this JV. I thought WEG had organised the presales for the $23 million we received on Friday, but looking at the announcement:

"Summit Equities, a Sydney based private equity firm advised Pluton in relation to the Cockatoo Island transaction, arranging both the equity investment and a significant prepaid off-take of Cockatoo's iron ore product"

Any thoughts? Tony?
