I was a 100% YES until Tony explained the situation. I'd just assumed that penalties would apply for a NO vote. As Tony explains it, only refunding the $3mil is an excellent outcome should the motion be rejected. But obviously their is still Irvine to contend with.

But this has bought time, and one wonders if a NO vote and producing Cockatoo might increase the sp enough to make other options available.

It was defiantely a great question by Humble and and excellent and comprehensive answer by Tony.

Now we have the facts and we decide for ourselves. Probably I'll just support the company recommendation. But I can see justification for NO.
