SP has been smashed anyway...there is upside from here either way...but for God's sake the punt has to be to tell WEG to move on 3 mil ( back to them) or 19.9% of the Company and we are still asking the ?

Funny others see investing in at these prices today attractive today and a decison isn't made til end of the month whether we have the deal or we don't..
