Could WEG really be relied upon if some risk or financial...

Could WEG really be relied upon if some risk or financial liability arose? is it an entity that could properly be tied to a contract?

I'm very happy to be up and running however in my opinion I don't think we owe WEG anything, they drove us into the ground and then helped themselves to 50% of the project when we were at our lowest.

Anyway I don't want to be seen as a downramper however I'm not part of the cheer squad either, I'm still sitting on a 70% paper loss however i'm cautiously of regaining a good part of my investment.
