    Hajji, well said.
    I am a middle aged woman, and have experienced some petty behaviour at my work by a few "know-it-alls" until I complained. I have since had a falling out with them, and over time, and since the dust has now settled, we just stay out of each others way.
    Bullying from women seems to be underhanded and based on gossip, lies, accusations etc; and they like to act superior and bitchy. Whereas, IMO men, tend to bully openly aggressively, and nowadays, seem quite content to bully "unto death".
