D12, are you saying that to men, women bosses can be worse bullies than men bosses, and vice versa?
I can relate to that.
But I would add that two of my best bosses were female: perhaps because neither felt she had to prove anything.
My big bad bully female boss was incredibly insecure and always trying to prove herself. She only lasted three months!
