Gotta love the shorters.
They build in numbers the lower the SP drops.
They know more than the average investor and buyers should beware.

I understand their psychology:
- pounce when management doesn't deliver implied by silence (SAMR likely to be further delayed, cash eroding, sales likely to be significantly off target now and in the next 2 years, product launch failure).
Silence is their cue to build positions.

The Planner should load the kitty, wait for Aug19 and then wait another year for SAMR. Sounds like a great investment.
