It isn't really that complicated. Samson are in the middle of a 4 well appraisal programme to determine the viability of Hawk Springs and Roosevelt County. Until definitive oil flows and data analysis is complete, the apprehension and doubt will continue. So, it's a simple situation. As RCML said, do you believe or not. At least give Terry the opportunity to present his case to shareholders after the appraisal programme has been completed.
Something to think about. At one stage Samson owned 144,000 acres in the Niobrara. As we all know most has been sold off and Terry has kept what he and many other experts believe is the most likely area to produce economical oil. We all know about the resistivity anomaly, the abundant fractures, the traps and the Goshen uplift. Now, with Defender, we know we have lots of gas. We know we have thermal maturity and we know we have oil. Slowly, the puzzle is being worked out. Roosevelt County is following the same pattern. RCML said about 6 weeks and we should know. I agree. Not much time at all really. A lot of things can happen in 6 weeks. Time to shine Terry.
