I'll stick my neck out and say no because it is about relative valuation - to other companies. Investors that see better opportunity elsewhere will shift their capital. So doubling or even tripling production from the 315 from last Qtrly would not IMO result in a doubling or tripling of share price.
In regard to SSN believer...
Fort Peck and Hawk Springs are the Billion dollar babies.
Can TB and team raise these two into developed adults on their own is as much part of the belief as whether the dirt they are on is commercially productive.
Taking Hawk Springs as an example, our neighbour DVN has its challenges also in H&T Ranch & Newton Ranches with low 30 day IP rates (75 & 10 boepd). But they have the "bulk" to work through it and continue spend about $5M well to figure it out & develop it.
Maybe we could both learn from one another.
Now still on DVN, even with their size, they seek partners in their newer plays, using the rationale: - Improves capital efficiency - Accelerates de-risking and commercialization - Mitigates exploration risk - Provides additional cash flow for development projects - Flexibility to generate new prospects
Belief yes, blind faith no.
