Interesting concept. Too hard to logistically work though I think. Rigs use a decent bit of fuel so would either need large onsite storage for fuel or the ability to get fuel to the rig. Plus personnel too and from the rig. If it's too wet then this becomes quite difficult. Regardless of if the rig can still work in those conditions.
