While in no way do I want to appear to be supporting MAH management, as I believe that they are clearly acting in the best interests of LEI rather than all shareholders, but I have to agree with the Chairman that the Sembawang offer is highly conditional - Grosvenor evidently hasn't even got his own Board's approval to make the purchase!
