2 days back nobody including the bears would have said that we would have consecutive c.10% falls in Rio. Based on past recent posts, there is a suggestion that something is brewing and the movers of the market i.e. instos, hedge funds, et al know more about it than most. Surely they must know more about whatever is happening with Rio?
Some have suggested market behaviour is irrational but I don't see institutional investors being so irrational. Can fear really move the SP so much??? How much is substance, how much is fear?
Is anybody going to be brave enough to pick a bottom?
