you get a reuters article that is timestamped 15.30 approx greenwich mean time (approx 12.30 am sydney time) that says the FNL has withdrawn from the ceasfire monitoring etc and that there are irreconcilable differences between the gov and the FNL and you call this simple downramping?

i wanted this higher as much as anyone else here, but simple undeniable fact is that this was a play that relied on the ceasefire holding in order to work - once that plank has been removed i can no longer justify further involvement in the stock
