yes bisumisu i agree totally, at least phase 2 can be ironed out with the faults occuring on phase 1 so we should not see the same problem as occuring with phase 1. If management choose to utilise phase 2 whilst some repairs or mods being carried out i would think that is a great idea. But IMO its going to be fixed before phase 2 is even commissioned so no need
