11kt Demand can be filled by either phase. They can pass concentrate down either phase 1 or phase 2 circuits. The two phases can work separately or together. Phase 2 has the added benefit of being able to produce higher value oxides.

The first cash flow and production milestone is massive and is not to be underestimated. The bar is set low now, Lynas does not have to do much to improve exponentially.
