Nope but I would have some protection having had it as a child.

I have a relative who has a leg deformity as a result of polio. The vaccine was introduced before I was born so something my parents did not have to worry about. They told me how terrified parents were when there was an outbreak. Polio is almost eradicated worldwide now.

Alll my kids are vaccinated. I do not play Russian Roulette with my kid's lives.
