Lets see if the Russians have enough buying power to counter that news. Not good on J50, and 70day drill followed by another 90days testing aint good for J51.

Also more risk being an exploration well. Would have prefered step out well.

This is a major oversight and failure by management. Fair enough not notifying holders that production license takes significant time to process. But I dont think even they knew, or why would the plan J51 location as they did? Not knowing when its their job(well paid too) is unacceptable.
