    Nothing wrong with the news..just still waiting for approval..
    Maybe the Minister is on holidays for two months or something..who knows..
    Do not forget JPR are now dealing with bureaucracy at the highest level, cash is king...the oil and money are going to flow but as we all know Kazakh government employees are underpaid..these negotiations may be delicate and take time..
