Nice rhetorical question? I am glad to see that we agree. I think it is warranted that some investigations are done. When directors act in such a way it is an indicator of far more 'greed' on their part, such as non full disclosure in respect pf related party transactions. Lets see. If it bears any fruit I think paying for and calling an EGM would be in order.
