I finally decided to hit the button today at 60 and I am in no hurry.
Fear will probably take the broader market (and therefore MRE) lower but we are definitely not revisiting the old GFC lows IMO. What we are seeing is media hype at its best but as I've said before, the smart money will only let this fall so far.
When the dust settles and people come out from under their bed to find that the sky has not fallen, MRE will be one of those stocks who's bounce will remind us all of one of those sparkly, 80's "Super Balls".
Buying into the negative hype? Sorry...NO.
