I agree on both fronts that buying on a down day is clearly better then chasing the spike and that a director selling is not good news for a company particularly when it appears the company is set for a big future.
But just like the rest of us, directors are human and are entitled to realise a profit arent they? What is the point of directors receive options to exercise in remuneration packages if they never plan to sell them?
IMO, the directors appear to have put the company in a good position for the future and deserve a little bonus dont they?
