I dont know if Iam going to live up to age of 65 and over.So I dont care much about super or invest in it.

Just want to enjoy what I have and used it for other purposes.

If one cycle seem to be peak or the economies is quite gloomy then it best to shift your asset somewhere.

I dont want to sit and wait for the cycle to recover again.

Well it the choices I made,and happy with the 50% capital gain and 50% taxes.
