The bible tries to rationalise everything through spirituality......I agree. Nothing spectacular though.
The bible also talks of a loving god too.......nowhere to be seen. Of course many theists will try to rationalise why this god being is nowhere to be seen but these attempts fall short. But that's not my problem as I don't believe in a god being.
You're the one who has to grapple with the fact that your supposed loving being does nothing to prevent injustices from occurring. You're the one who worships such a being.....and you do it solely for the 'eternal life thing.' The truth is you'd worship any kind of being for eternal life wouldn't you?
As for your 'designer' idea, nobody really knows..... Science tells us life began as simple cells then merged, became complex organisms etc...
Even if designed, if........... it doesn't validate any particular religious belief.
Just remember that many gods were believed to exist before yours.
