The flat earth theory was based largely on what was regarded as religious teachings. However, in the past when evidence was not as strict as it has been for a while now, some maintained (and some still do) that there is evidence for a flat earth My point is that despite evidence that was cherished at the time associated supported theories are still overturned. Do you wish to dispute this?
