You can look through a telescope and see star formation, whole regions of star formation, each with its accretion disc of gas, rock and ice which through gravity coalesces into planets with atmospheres and oceans. Which is how the earth formed and is clearly not the only planet in the universe.

Nothing of the sort. The age of the universe is based on observations such as cosmic background radiation, doppler red shift of distant galaxies, etc.

The estimate may vary as new information comes along, but it can never fall into biblical timelines.
