No more or less documents than you rely on for the only event that matters.
It's interesting that you feel there is insufficient evidence of things he said, and know little about him, but are prepared to say with a sizeable measure of certainty that he was jewish.
But you're less open in other such declarations, for example around the identity of Jeffrey Epstein or his partner? Far less able to recognise the common identity of every single suspect arrested in New York on 11th September 2001.
Far more recent, yet somehow you're less forthcoming!
