I think that's were you are struggling, when you say that you are "convincing punters that it can end badly".
To convince people you need to have a logical argument.
So far all you seem keep repeating is:
"history repeats" "gold bugs always say it will be different this time" "gold is in a bubble"
when anybody asks you for a reasonable argument, all you do is cite main-stream financial news media - the same muppets who never saw the housing bubble, or think it's ok to use American's 401k like a piggy bank.
i just want to see some critical analysis and debate from you, not just random comments about calling people soft-headed and fools.
it may surprise you but in your benevolence of wanting to warn people of gold bubbles, did you not think that maybe some people know what they are doing and not everybody is a herd animal that you seem to imply. some people follow logic, some people follow the herd.
