Well have a read of these two announcements. First is the recommended share consolidation of 100:1. Our share price will be 40 cents on todays announcement. For me to break even the price needs to get to $2.50 and pigs might fly. For ERM the price needs to get to $1.60. I don't understand how they can aĺlow it.
The second is the proposed remunerations. I will be voting NO!
One of our Directors, Stuart Brown, hasn't bought one share but wants me and you to give him and the other Directors a bonus of $25000 worth of shares for all his hard work and that of the other Directors. WHAT? The share price is 25% of what it was when this mob took it over!
