Certainly a little annoying in the immediate term.
I wonder how Sino is feeling about paying 6c for 4.9c.
They would probably work with management to get boots on the ground.
Despite the progress on off-take and updated feasibility, their own schedule would indicate key announcements soon.
My only guess is the market's suspicion of Zimbabwe. I have worked in Botswana next door with heaps of Zim engineers, they are all eager to contribute, hopefully to a project in their own country soon.
