There is a pattern in the responses, those who hold red shares are for the deal because Red shareholders have got the better deal in this merger as they get SLR at a substantial discount.
Don't forget that SLR already owns 11% of RED.
I would support the deal at a higher conversion ratio for SLR shareholders.
