I'm voting against this merger purely because RED need SLR more than SLR need RED. We are cashed up and cash is king.
A merger between SLR and RED could be a good thing. But RED should have to stump up for it!! I scratch my head at how this deal was negotiated. We spent $100m on RED shares. With their ever worsening hedge position, we should be aquiring RED on the cheap!! Luke Tonkin has sold us down the River!!
