    I own both SLR and RED. I am a recent shareholder. My purchase price is low compared to current sp. I don't think current merger ratio is not fair to SLR holders. Furthermore, to make it fair SLR should distribute Red shares it own to holders or sell it on the market and pay a special dividend.

    I will vote YES for the merger. There is more positive than negative for me.
