I think SLR shareholders should seriously consider group action and remove or force the company Managing Director to resign before it's too late (CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 203D) ...or are we going to watch how our investments go down the drain? The stock market has already verified this idiotic deal, and it is not a pretty picture for SLR shareholders. I've never heard of a merger where one company spent over $100 million on another company's stock and then was acquired by the same company...maybe they do deals like that in the Bizarro World!
