    I'm still not convinced about GMD. It's a loss-making company with negative cash flow and tired assets that bankrupted previous management. Given the short positions, I'm not the only one. How does it come for RED, let alone the merged company? Does the RF premium loom large on this one? It could be just my ignorance.
