Are you SUPPORT or AGAINST or NEUTRAL to the merge with RED?, page-22

While we are voting, I am currently FOR the merge.

That doesn't mean I won't change my opinion though. I just need a good argument for it. I do declare I own shares in both parties.

At the moment, my concern with SLR is that we have cash in the bank but a short mine life ahead and nothing on the horizon apparently. I am assuming (with some sarcasm) that LT et al. are compliant with 3.2 and recent drill results. There is so much talk about drilling but seems such a delay on reporting to the market, I am not sure how this can happen. Even if we "strike gold", do we have enough cash to take advantage of any yellow stuff before the $400M is gone...not withstanding ongoing production.

As mentioned previously, I continue to believe the softer impact with the backing of the KOTH mine will mean we don't have to go through scary cash burn and have a significant buffer from the gold producing long mine life at KOTH and lessor degree at Darlot. Although, it must be noted that the Darlot mine life seems to continue to be extended.

Again, happy to change my mind at any point with strong argument.
