The drop from 35 cents can only be seen as being caused by an oversupply of shares caused by the latest share issue with nothing to do with the oil price. I think most investor see COE now as a play on the gas price not so much on oil.
BTW from my memory the previous 4 wells drilled in PEL92 have all been tagged as future oil producers. Correct me if I'm wrong.
