    How many of you have noticed[I did NOT until now] that there is a resolution for Poli and Viner to get 1 Million options each and pay 7% of the option price- so if the VWAP is .30, they pay .021 per share???????

    and do you know how many restricted shares they got when they bought this company which become free trading in December???
