Take over is buying an asset that may not want to be sold by its operator. Its a buyer who approaches the seller to do so off market while the assets generally arent up for sale at all.


Asset sale is the voluntary sale of an asset that a buyer is offered on market and then buys.

Totally different things. Sometimes when you correct other people trying to explain your errors its best not to justify with yet another error to then again be proven wrong.
