Hi Alex, That asset sale would be the only asset GGG hold. As a shareholder I would not vote for selling it unless Shenghe pays a reasonable price.

You mentioned Shenghe would have not funding due to government issues, I disagree, but hey, aren't you contradicting yourself? You think Shenghe have no money, yet, they can still buy the asset off GGG? And JM will just make a decision and sell it to them. No shareholder approval required.
