    I'm not surprised they hit 500% if they are selling today. Very smart to sell today. The very smart ones will have already sold and the remaining savvy, cool calculating accountant like investors will be grabbing the last parachutes and jumping as well. If I owned investment property that I had bought 10 years ago, I would not sell as I am not one of the abovementioned investors. Few of us are.
